Joe is a graduate research assistant at the CSR. He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Affairs degree at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, concentrating in Information Systems. He received a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts and Sciences in 2014. Joe previously worked as a performance arts teacher, theatre artist, and bartender before a career pivot prompted by the COVID pandemic, a passion for social issues, and a love of numbers.
