Reya Calistes leads the Research Project Management Services unit within the Center for Survey Research (CSR). In her role, she oversees CSR study directors to deliver on CSR’s high quality standards in a cost-effective manner, whilst providing consultative leadership and guidance on research studies. Reya has 10+ years of research and project management experience, specifically in institutional research, marketing research, and survey research; she has worked with Fortune 500 and public sector clients spanning industries such as higher education, automotive, financial and insurance, and non-profit organizations.
Though her interests lie in social media-driven research, brand awareness and perception tracking, and predictive modeling and analysis, she enjoys mixing qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide clients with richer information. On the operations front, she enjoys process improvement and creating efficiencies. She holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an M.S. in industrial engineering from Purdue University, and a B.A. in mathematics and physics from Smith College.
