Erica Moore is the associate director of the Research Data Management Services Unit, within the Center for Survey Research (CSR), which manages mail surveys, scanning, survey testing, and process improvement for the Center. She also serves as a study director for CSR and has 15 years of survey research experience working with a wide-range of clients in the areas of philanthropy, public health, higher education, technology, and science. Erica is interested in questionnaire design and research involving experiments with recruitment materials. She also enjoys improving processes and training methods.
