Received a letter in the mail or a phone call from us about the FSSA PathWays for Aging Program study?

On behalf of Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), we at the Center for Survey Research at Indiana University are conducting this study of randomly selected recipients of the Indiana PathWays for Aging Program. A CSR interviewer will schedule a telephone interview to learn about your experiences in order to help FSSA understand how to improve service to recipients in the future.

The Indiana State Medicaid Office has partnered with the Center for Survey Research at Indiana University to conduct a study on the quality of health care services for a randomly chosen group of Medicaid recipients in Indiana under the age of 60.
