Received a letter in the mail or a phone call from us about the FSSA PathWays Money Follows the Person study?
On behalf of Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), we at the Center for Survey Research at Indiana University are conducting this study of recipients of the Indiana PathWays MFP Program. A CSR interviewer will schedule a telephone interview to learn about your experiences in order to help FSSA understand how to improve service to recipients in the future.
